Why was it made?

Exercise has been shown to have many benefits for those living with and beyond cancer, including improving quality of life and increasing survival rates. However, it is important to note that exercise programs must be tailored to the individual. Our team understands the importance of exercise for individuals living with and beyond lung, breast, and bowel cancer. It has adapted this website from previous studies exploring tailored exercise programs for those living with and beyond breast, bowel, and lung cancer.
